Although I still don't like Kanami's part.įor me, it's kinda like those situations where I know it shouldn't be rated highly, but I kinda wanna do it anyway.īut who knows? Maybe I've just been hypnotized cause I've been listening to the 3rd ED non-stop since I watched the last episode.Update () – Anime producer NHK has finally confirmed the release of Log Horizon Season 3. Like Eins' and the kids' development (which is kinda strange cause I never used to like their scenes) felt a lot better. I agree that it is pretty poor content wise compared to the other 2 seasons, but when I binged it, the ideas presented felt a lot more connected then when I watched it isolated the first time. I felt like the story flowed a lot better when I did so, and made a lot of sense for where they are in the story, which was a stark contrast to how I felt the first time. I always thought this show was at its best when binged (which is how I originally viewed it), as the way they format it really lends itself towards that structure. I can't explain exactly why, but I think it's because I binged the entire show from start to finish this time around (within a few days). I was definitally more harsh/objective the first time around. Suprisingly, I actually really enjoyed the 3rd season. And show more of the Genius the new unknown monsters of that world, all this leading to something on the Moon. The Akiba raid supposed to be the final development of the Kids of the cast, it is where the show everything they learned in action (also bring a close to the one side love of Minori). And still there is more to come for this group. The characters with her have their own stories too and adding with Krusty they have their own adventure to reach the Japanese servers. On S2 they adapt in one episode a whole LN vol. Kanami story is a part 2 of extremely rushed beginning. All that together with the case of gold he nows have access have will be used for something later(?) and that is not all, it leads to Rayneshia going to south to whatever is happening in Minami. The first one with the destruction of the round table was something left from the last season where they show some shots of Eins having some leadership problems with his own guild and his position on the round table. All 3 arcs are teasing stuff that will still happen. It is still a transition to something that will still happening. A lot of cut content during last season for anime only makes no sense on S3, you might have no idea what is going on if you didn't get some details. The problems with the rushed S2 felt on S3. Studio DEEN with their questionable animation quality.
